APM DC Electronic Load Application -Fuel Cells Test

Fuel cell is one of the best alternatives to traditional energy, and it has developed rapidly in recent years. It has the characteristics of fast start-up, high conversion efficiency, and low operating temperature and so on. In order to test the performance of the fuel cell, the performance of the electronic load is also required: the minimum operating voltage, high resolution, high precision, wide voltage range, remote control, stable operation under high power load, etc. At present, the common electronic load in the market cannot fully meet the test requirements. At the same time, in order to improve the test accuracy, the appropriate (small, medium and large) gear can be selected according to the test conditions; the resolution of the measurement voltage and current are 0.5mV, 1mV, 5mv and 2mA, 10mA and 20mA respectively. The minimum operating voltage in each gear is 0.8V/192A, 4V / 960A and 8V / 1920A respectively. Under the basic conditions of these high performance indexes, it is enough to meet the test requirements. In the test, the constant current (CC) mode of DC electronic load is mainly used. When the load is operated locally and carried for a long time, the load runs stably.
